Head Space

When I have a lot on my mind I tend to get a little anxious.

I find going for a walk does wonders for my anxiety and clearing my head.

If I can, I will walk for an hour or more around my neighborhood, especially if there is a nice breeze. Something about that breeze, it's like it just carries all my worries away.

On days I have the car (one car family) and I really need to ease my mind, I will go to more scenic places to walk, like our local plant nursery or walking trails. And of course, weekend trips to the beach never hurt. :)
