Simply Divine Details Wholesale Terms & Conditions



Minimum opening order is $500 USD. Minimum reorder is $200. Accounts that have not made a purchase within the last twelve months are subject to a minimum reorder of $500. Any items shipped directly to the customer (drop shipping) will incur a 25% drop shipping fee.
Simply Divine Details reserves the right to alter the prices at any given time without notice.


Payment for first time orders can be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Credit cards will be processes at time of order for first time orders. Second order and subsequent orders must have a valid credit card number on file at least three weeks prior to estimated shipment date and will be charged at the time of shipment.

First time orders and subsequent orders intended to be paid at time of order can be place online via the wholesale product page on All other orders that require payment at time of shipment must be place via mail in order form, email order ( or phone in order (315-283-0961).

Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references. Net 30 will not be offered to first-time customers, but may be requested for second and subsequent orders.


Late payments are subject to 18% annual finance charges. Interest will begin accruing one day after the due date on the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. the amount due will include all legal and agency fees.


Any cancelled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within fifteen days of cancellation. Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer 60 days or more from original estimated shipment date will be treated as cancelled orders and be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collections agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.


All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is charged via a flat fee of $15.00 for orders under $1000.00, orders over $1000.00 qualify for free shipping. All items ship from New Bern, North Carolina.


Returns may be made on damaged merchandise within fourteen days of the arrival of the order. Return requests must be submitted in writing. Exchanges may be made on merchandise that is in excellent condition within one year of purchase. exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and applied to the balance of the next orders. Exchanged merchandise may total no more than 50% of the next order.


Repairs will be made on products that suffer from manufacturers defects within six months of purchase free of charge. This includes broken chains.
Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be charged a $40 repair fee plus shipping


Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Simply Divine Details. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do collect and record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products via written order form, email order or phone-in order. We will notify you three business days before time of shipping to be sure the funds are available for the charge. Your store is not eligible for a wholesale account with Simply Divine Details if there is no record of your signature on this document.
